4. oktoobril toimuvad seoses Ettevõtlusnädalaga üle Pärnu linna erinevad Pärnu ettevõtete tippjuhtide läbiviidavad töötoad.
Töötubasid viivad läbi 2023. aasta alguses Brackmanni Pärandi tunnustusürituse raames valitud parimad Pärnumaa tippjuhid.
2023. parimaks tegevjuhiks valitud Gamecan OÜ asutaja ja tegevjuht Marten Palu jagab enda mõtteid Pärnu Ühisgümnaasiumis.
Julgustame kuulajaid küsimusi esitama ning osalema arutelus. Alustuseks räägib Marten oma taustast ja tegevustest ning seejärel toimub ühine arutelu ja vestlus kuulajatega.

Õhtul on kõik oodatud Wunderbaari, kus toimub Brackmanni Pärandi raames valitud tippjuhtide ühine paneel teemal “Pärnu – parim paik suurelt mõtlemiseks”.
Marten Palu on ettevõtja, kes tegtuseb sooviga aidata ettevõtetel ja inimestel edu saavutada. Ta on Pärnu mänguarendusstuudio Gamecani asutaja ja tegevjuht.
Martenil on rohkem kui seitsmeaastane kogemus mänguarenduses, juhtides andekat pea 60-liikmelist meeskonda arendajaid, disainereid ja kunstnikke. Hoolimata sellest, et ta ei ole lõpetanud kõrgkooli, on ta end pühendunult haridusega sidunud. Tema juhtimisel on Gamecan käivitanud Full Cycle Game Academy 2022. aastal, koolitusprogrammi mänguarenduse huvilistele.
Lisaks mängutööstusele on Marten Pärnus asuva tantsukooli Black and Brownie asutaja ja on asutanud ning kaasasutanud ligi 10 muud ettevõtet, ulatudes koostöötamiskeskusest Forwardspace kuni tulevikku vaatava linnaosa arenduseni.
Alates 2022. aasta novembrist on ta süvenenud tehisintellekti maailma, rakendades AI-lahendusi kõikides oma tegemistes.
Particular attention will be given to added value creation, scalability and compliance with EU regulatory requirements. Solutions that move beyond low-value downcycling and demonstrate clear potential to create new value chains will be prioritized. Wendre is open to piloting selected solutions, forming strategic partnerships and integrating promising technologies or product concepts into its production system and portfolio.
Wendre Hackathon aims to identify solutions with genuine industrial pilot potential within the next 12–18 months. The evaluation jury will be led by Wendre and composed of representatives of Wendre Group, the organiser and external experts.
Wendre is open to innovations that enable the introduction of new circular products into its portfolio or the integration of new processing technologies into its production system. Solutions may explore advanced material applications, textile-to-textile recycling, composite or technical materials, fiber processing technologies, color neutralization or encapsulation approaches, or new circular product concepts.
Selected teams will receive additional technical information about the materials and production context to support the development of feasible solutions. Participants will also have the opportunity to explore pilot projects, joint development activities or strategic cooperation with Wendre, depending on the maturity and potential of their proposed solutions.
