Homsest algab 5-osaline juhtimiskoolitus, mis on suunatud Pärnumaa mini- ja õpilasfirmade juhtkonna liikmetele, gümnaasiumite projektijuhtimise ainekava raames moodustatud meeskondade juhtidele. Koolituste eesmärk on anda noortele alustavatele ettevõtlushuvilistele teadmised, kuidas erinevaid protsesse võimalikult hästi juhtida.

Koolitaja: Erik Reinhold on teeninud 25 aastat Eesti kaitsejõududes, peaasjalikult erinevate allüksuste juhi ja juhtide õpetajana. Ta on lõpetanud Šveitsi Föderaalse tehnikakõrgkooli sõjakolledži sõjaväepedagoogika erialal. Lisaks õppinud juhtimist, eri juhtimisvaldkondade integratsiooni ja strateegiakavandamist Saksamaal, Soomes, Taanis ja USA-s. Erik on osalenud nii juhi kui konsultandina ka äri- ja mittetulundussektori ettevõtmiste arendamisel. Hetkel on ta vedamas Pärnumaa arengut Pärnumaa Omavalitsuste Liidu ja Pärnumaa Arenduskeskuse juhina.

Eelmise aasta tagasiside põhjal jäid noored koolitusega väga rahule.
Koolitus oli suurepärane ning avas silmaringi paljus. Koolituse ülesehitus meeldis mulle väga, oli just hea, et ainult nädal kohtumiste vahel oli. Kuigi ühe korra kestus oleks võinud tõesti pikem olla. Mulle meeldis rohkem kontaktkoolitus Arenduskeskuses. Koolituse teemad olid väga huvitavad, kõige huvitavam oli loeng motivatsiooni kohta. Koolitaja oli tõsiselt lahe, tegi kõike väga tõhusalt, aga samas viskas ka nalja. Usun küll, et tekkis väga hea side ja sünergia. Julgesin koolitusel arvamust avaldada, tore, et koolitaja hästi palju meid kaasa haaras teemadega. Sain oodatust rohkem vastuseid oma küsimustel, mis jättis väga hea mulje, et koolitust on tõsiselt võetud. Kõik teemad olid nii põnevad, et tahaks sügavamalt neid uurida. Koolitus aitas tohutult palju kaasa edaspidise eriala valiku suhtes.
Particular attention will be given to added value creation, scalability and compliance with EU regulatory requirements. Solutions that move beyond low-value downcycling and demonstrate clear potential to create new value chains will be prioritized. Wendre is open to piloting selected solutions, forming strategic partnerships and integrating promising technologies or product concepts into its production system and portfolio.
Wendre Hackathon aims to identify solutions with genuine industrial pilot potential within the next 12–18 months. The evaluation jury will be led by Wendre and composed of representatives of Wendre Group, the organiser and external experts.
Wendre is open to innovations that enable the introduction of new circular products into its portfolio or the integration of new processing technologies into its production system. Solutions may explore advanced material applications, textile-to-textile recycling, composite or technical materials, fiber processing technologies, color neutralization or encapsulation approaches, or new circular product concepts.
Selected teams will receive additional technical information about the materials and production context to support the development of feasible solutions. Participants will also have the opportunity to explore pilot projects, joint development activities or strategic cooperation with Wendre, depending on the maturity and potential of their proposed solutions.
