Pärnumaa Arenduskeskus Eestis ja PRO CIVIS Foundation Poolas korraldavad sel kevadel kaks põnevat häkatoni, et leida innovaatilisi lahendusi õunte biomassi väärindamiseks. Eesti pereettevõte Piesta otsib väiketootmisse sobivaid kulutõhusaid viise, kuidas väärindada õunamahla valmistamisel tekkivat pressjääki, samal ajal kui Poola õunatootjaid ühendav suurühistu Refal soovib leida nutikaid lahendusi jaekaubandusse mittesobivate praakõunte biokeemiliseks töötlemiseks.
